Why a Poster Gallery Show?

Design for Good isn’t just the name of AIGA Charlotte’s poster gallery show, it’s the focus of AIGA as a whole on unifying the design community to create social change. If you’re interested in learning more about what AIGA is doing, check out this video explaining the vision of Design for Good.

But what does that have to do with the AIGA poster show this Friday? It’s simple—we want to bring Charlotte’s nonprofit community in contact with you.

We’ve invited forty local nonprofits to come out this Friday, to see the difference designers can make in raising awareness about social and environmental issues. Our hope is that you will meet someone you can develop a working partnership with, one that will benefit our city.

This Friday should be a great time. Come on out, see the great work, and create a relationship that will impact Charlotte. Our city needs you!
