Mentor Matchup Survey

Mentor Matchup is an open-ended mentoring program designed to cultivate the career growth and professional success of designers at any stage in their career. Mentors and mentees will come together and work hand-in-hand to identify the mentee’s career goals and aspirations. Then, over the next six weeks (or more!) mentors will provide advice and guidance as they show their mentees the ropes. We encourage you to set timelines that benefit you, but we will provide some loose framework.

This year, we are doing things a little differently. At the kickoff event, you’ll get the chance to chat with a few of your possible matches, when you leave the event, you will give us your top three matches and we will play matchmaker and send out final pairs by the end of the day!

Mentors and mentees, please fill out the survey before April 6th.

**Please note: you will need to fill out the program survey prior to attending this event. If you haven't filled the survey out, please do so before claiming a mentor/ mentee spot!
