Skookum Digital Works has been designing and developing client solutions for eight years. For most of that time SDW believed they were best serving their clients by building the solutions clients brought to them. But then they hired Erika Carney, Product Strategy Lead, to lead a new product division that now helps clients research and define the right solution for their business problem – and that has made all the difference.
Erika and Adam Howell, Design Director at SDW, will lead a discussion about how working together with clients to decide – through research and strategy – how to approach the problem has made design decisions easier, projects better and clients happier.
