Our Beer & Branding makes its triumphant return this summer. This event is an opportunity to combine two popular creative fields: craft beer and design. In collaboration with Noda Brewing Company, AIGA designers will work with local home brewing clubs to ideate, brew, and design a branding package based on a secret brewing ingredient. The objective of this showcase is to inspire the local beer and design community with a united naming, branding package, and beer product, all while keeping in mind the following aspects: the beer style, the secret ingredient (we'll never tell), the local culture, and the community.
Beers will be judged by a select panel of beer experts beforehand, while on ___ all branding packages will be featured at our Brewer and Designer Showcase at Noda Brewing Company. At that time the winning beer will also be announced, then released as part of the brewery's popular Nodable Series. Final branding packages will be featured on the AIGA Charlotte website.

6:30-6:45 pm: Creative Brief Overview
6:45-Whenever: Designer-Brewer Collaboration Time
Parking: There's plenty of parking in the fenced lot that's catty-corner from the brewery. If you don't know what "catty-corner" means, just follow the signs when you get to the brewery.
