On Thursday, August 21—right down the road from us on I-85—MODA celebrated the opening of an exhibition titled AIGA 100: A Century of Design. The exhibition was culled from AIGA’s archives, and featured work by venerable designers such as Paul Rand, Saul Bass, Milton Glaser, and Stefan Sagmeister.

Our own AIGA 100 Historian Patrick Short was able to attend,  and snapped some photos that we thought we’d share. If you’re looking for a local angle, the final shot of the Nike poster has a Charlotte connection. It was designed for an event at the Panthers Stadium with Dave Schenone, a creative with Nike.
