About the Event:

Jessica Walsh started Ladies, Wine & Design in New York after realizing only a tiny percent of creative directors are women. LW&D wants to help change this through mentorship circles, portfolio reviews, and creative meet-ups.

So why add more Jess’s into this mix? Sure – we love design, wine and conversation (who doesn’t?), but those statistics scare us. We believe it is important to do something about the gaps and hurdles we face as women in this field. We don’t want to focus just on the negatives of our challenge though, we want to be part of the solution (or at least the conversation).
